General Questions
What is a prep center?
A prep center receives your inventory, inspects it, applies FNSKU/ASIN labels, bags or polybags products, bundles sets, and ships everything to Amazon FBA warehouses - all according to Amazon's strict requirements. You never touch the product.
Why can't I just prepare my FBA inventory myself?
You can, but Amazon rejects about 15% of seller-sent shipments for labeling or packaging errors. Each rejection costs you return shipping, storage fees, and lost sales time. A prep center guarantees compliance - we process thousands of units daily and know every requirement inside out.
Do you provide FNSKU labels?
Yes, we generate and apply both Amazon FNSKU and ASIN labels on every unit, every time. We also cover existing barcodes so Amazon scanners only see the correct FNSKU. Labeling is just $0.35 per unit.
What are your turnaround times?
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours after receipt. For urgent orders, we offer same-day rush processing. We ship to Amazon FBA warehouses daily via UPS and FedEx.
How much does FBA prep cost?
Pricing is per unit, per service. Labeling from $0.35, poly bagging from $0.50, bundling from $1.40, storage at $0.90 per cubic foot per month. First-time customers get 50% off their first prep order.

Services & Process
Do you ship to all Amazon fulfillment centers?
Yes, we ship to any Amazon FC across the United States. We optimize shipments based on Amazon's recommendations to keep your inbound costs low.
Can you help with bundling and kitting?
Absolutely. We specialize in creating Amazon-compliant bundles: poly bags, labels for each component, and finished bundle labels. Bundle pricing starts at $1.40 per unit.
What is the difference between FNSKU and UPC?
Amazon requires FNSKU (Fulfillment Network Stock Keeping Unit) labels for FBA inventory, not manufacturer UPC barcodes. Products without FNSKU labels will be rejected at the warehouse. We handle this for you.
Do you handle returns and removal orders?
Yes! We process removal orders by receiving returned inventory, inspecting each unit, grading condition, and restocking sellable items. Unsellable items can be disposed or donated. Full photo documentation provided.
Do you offer storage for FBA inventory?
Yes, we have climate-controlled storage at $0.90 per cubic foot per month. First month is free for new clients. Store with us and ship to Amazon just-in-time to avoid peak storage fees.
Do you handle FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) orders?
Yes, we provide FBM fulfillment: pick, pack, and ship directly to your customers from our NJ facility. We support Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Walmart. Same-day shipping for orders before 2pm EST.
Do you provide product photography?
Yes, we offer professional product photography at $20 per setup. White background, multiple angles, and lifestyle shots available. Perfect for listing optimization.
Shipping & Logistics
Where are you located?
We're in West Berlin, New Jersey - conveniently close to Amazon fulfillment centers in NJ, PA, and DE. We accept inventory from all 50 states.
How do I ship my inventory to you?
You can ship via UPS, FedEx, or any pallet carrier. Once you create an account, we'll provide you with our shipping address and step-by-step instructions.
What happens if a product arrives damaged?
We photograph all damaged items upon receipt and notify you before any further action. Damaged products are never shipped to Amazon - we document everything so you can file claims with your carrier.
Do you handle oversized and fragile items?
Yes, we handle items of all sizes including oversized, heavy, and fragile products. Bubble wrapping and custom packaging available. See our labeling service details.
Can international sellers use your services?
Yes! International sellers are welcome. You just need a US shipping address to forward inventory to our NJ facility. We'll handle the rest - labeling, prep, and Amazon delivery.
Business & Account
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum - we work with sellers of all sizes. Single units, small batches, or full pallets. Everyone gets the same quality service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, bank transfers (ACH), and credit/debit cards. Invoices are sent weekly or per shipment - you choose your billing cycle.
