Complete Amazon FBA Prep Services for Sellers Who Want Fewer Problems and Faster Turnaround
Sending inventory to Amazon sounds simple until it is not. One bad label, one missed defect, one damaged unit, or one bundle packed the wrong way, and suddenly you are dealing with delays, chargebacks, stranded inventory, or unhappy customers.
SNS Prep Center handles the operational side before those problems hit. From our New Jersey warehouse, we receive your inventory, inspect it, label it, bundle it, prep it to Amazon standards, and move it out fast. You stay focused on sourcing, listings, and growth. We handle the boxes, compliance, and repetition.
What We Handle From Start to Finish
Our Amazon FBA prep service is built for sellers who need a reliable backend, not random help. We support private label brands, wholesale sellers, online arbitrage operators, importers, and growing ecommerce businesses that want their inventory processed correctly the first time.
- Receiving and check-in for cartons, pallets, and mixed shipments
- Quantity verification against packing lists and expected inbound stock
- Visual inspection for damage, defects, missing parts, and packaging issues
- FNSKU labeling and barcode covering
- Bundling, kitting, bubble wrap, poly bagging, and custom prep steps
- Case prep and final shipment routing to Amazon fulfillment centers
- Storage and replenishment support when you do not want to send everything to Amazon at once
Why Sellers Use a Prep Center Instead of Doing It In-House
In-house prep looks cheaper until time, labor, storage, errors, and shipping friction start stacking up. Sellers often come to us after realizing they are spending too much time printing labels, fixing packaging mistakes, unpacking freight in the garage, or trying to scale an operation that was never built to scale.
A prep center makes sense when your business is growing faster than your available time. It also makes sense when compliance matters, when storage is tight, or when you simply want a cleaner workflow between supplier and Amazon.
Our Process
1. Inventory arrives. We receive your shipment at our West Berlin, New Jersey facility.
2. We verify and inspect. Quantities are checked and visible issues are flagged before inventory moves forward.
3. We prep to your requirements. Labels, bundling, bagging, bubble wrap, carton prep, inserts, and other handling steps are completed based on your workflow.
4. We ship to Amazon. Your inventory leaves our warehouse prepared for compliant inbound delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions
How fast do you turn around an FBA prep shipment?
Standard turnaround is 24-48 hours from the moment your inventory checks in, assuming your prep instructions and shipping plan are ready. Large wholesale loads, complex bundles, or shipments that arrive with discrepancies can take longer. If you have a time-sensitive replenishment, tell us before the freight lands and we will prioritize it.
Can you receive shipments directly from my supplier or from Alibaba?
Yes, that is how most of our clients work. Your supplier ships cartons or pallets straight to our West Berlin, NJ warehouse, we check the goods in against your packing list, inspect them, and prep them for Amazon. You never have to touch the inventory, which matters a lot if you sell from another state or another country.
Do you apply FNSKU labels and cover existing barcodes?
Yes. We print and apply FNSKU labels from your Seller Central files and cover any existing UPC or EAN barcodes so Amazon scanners only read the correct code. Mislabeled or double-barcoded units are one of the most common reasons inventory gets stranded, so this step gets its own verification pass.
What happens if you find damaged or defective units during inspection?
We set them aside, photograph the issue, and message you before anything ships. You decide whether we discard, hold, repackage, or return the units to the supplier. Catching a defect in our warehouse costs you a few cents; catching it through a customer review or an Amazon return costs you a lot more.
Do I need my own Amazon seller account to use your prep service?
Yes. We work inside your Seller Central account workflow: you create the shipping plan, we receive, prep, and box the inventory, and the shipment goes out under your account. We never take ownership of your products or your listings, we are strictly the operational layer between your supplier and Amazon.
Can you store inventory and send it to Amazon in batches?
Yes, and with Amazon storage fees and capacity limits it is often the smarter play. We hold your inventory in our climate-controlled facility and release replenishment shipments on your schedule or when your FBA stock runs low. You avoid peak-season storage surcharges and keep your IPI score healthier.
How much does FBA prep cost per unit?
It depends on what each unit needs. Simple FNSKU labeling starts at $0.35 per unit, bundling starts at $1.40 per set, and services like poly bagging, bubble wrap, and inspection are priced per action. Current per-unit rates are listed on our prices page, and for higher volumes we quote a custom rate.
Why use a prep center in New Jersey instead of one near Amazon warehouses out west?
If your freight comes through the ports of New York and New Jersey or from East Coast suppliers, prepping in NJ removes an entire cross-country leg before prep even starts. Amazon routes inbound shipments to fulfillment centers across the country anyway, so the win is getting inventory received, prepped, and checked in fast, close to where it enters the US.
