Prep centers that receive product without label files ready sit on units while waiting. Those delays compound against your restock lead times and can push inbound shipments past your target windows. The simplest fix is making label file delivery part of your shipping confirmation process - when you notify the prep center that a shipment is on the way, attach the label files at the same time.
